In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.

Add the chopped artichoke hearts to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and stir in vegan cream cheese until creamy and well-combined.

Pour in almond milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth

Add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Once the dip is heated through and flavors melded, transfer to a bowl.

Serve immediately with vegan crackers, vegetable sticks, or toasted bread.
